US Orders
Orders over $75 placed within the US ship free of charge. You can select two-day shipping, standard or economy shipping when you check out. Please note that all orders regardless of shipping method require 3-5 business days of pre-shipment processing time- that is in addition to the actual transit time of your package. Our office is open Monday - Friday.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Every DedCool Fragrance (1.7oz) purchased from dedcool.live will include a sample size of the same fragrance to try at home. (NOTE: Sample not included when full-size fragrance is purchased in a bundle, i.e. the Fragrance Duo.) Once you receive the order, please use the sample vial before opening the full-size product.We can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened bottles of fragrance within 30 days of receiving your order. There is a $5 restocking fee for all returns.We only accept returns if products show no sign of use. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of opening or use. We do not accept international returns. All bundles are final sale. Once your order is placed we cannot make product changes. We do not offer exchanges for selecting the wrong scent. For sanitary reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on: travel sprays, room + linen sprays, incense, balm sticks, samples, sample packs, candles, dedtergent, dryer sheets, pet products, hand + body products, bundles or limited edition products.
