How do I earn points?

Join the DedClub and earn Cool Coins on every order, 2 Coins for every $1 you spend. You can also earn Coins for adding your birthday, following us on social media, uploading an in-store receipt and leaving a review. Open the rewards panel to see every way to earn.

How do I redeem points?

Open the rewards panel, choose a reward and apply it at checkout. 200 Cool Coins get you $5 off, and you can also redeem Coins for select products.

Will my points ever expire?

Cool Coins expire 12 months after you earn them. Your balance and next expiry date are shown at the top of this page when you are logged in.

How do I create an account?

Click Join now and create a DedCool account. You are enrolled in the DedClub automatically and can start earning Cool Coins on your next order.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our customer care team and ask for your account to be deleted. Deleting your account also removes your Cool Coins balance, which cannot be restored.
